Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using 3rt1 (“the Service”), operated by Snowy Mountain Software (ZYEYZ, LLC), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

3rt1 is a web games platform. Games run in your browser, and some support couch co-op, where a shared screen shows the game while each player joins from their own device using a short room code.

The Service is free. There are no subscriptions, no purchases and no payment processing anywhere on the site.

3. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Registration is currently limited to a closed beta, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone
• enter another person’s name or personal information as a display name
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• cheat, tamper with scores, or automate play to distort standings
• use automated means to flood rooms or the contact form

5. Couch co-op rooms

Anyone with a room’s short code can join it. Codes are short by design, so that a room full of people can read one off a screen — treat a room as public rather than private, and do not put anything in a display name you would not want a stranger to see.

6. Availability

We provide the Service as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend or remove games and features at any time without notice, including scores and profiles.

7. Intellectual property

The 3rt1 name, the site, and the games we publish on it are owned by Snowy Mountain Software (ZYEYZ, LLC) and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may play the games freely; you may not copy, redistribute or republish the site or its games as your own.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowy Mountain Software (ZYEYZ, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, scores or progress. The Service is free, and our total liability to you is limited accordingly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
